What is MLSTour360? As with ordinary photographs, MLSTour360 allows the home buyer to view images of the interior of the house. However, MLSTour360 also allows the viewer to interactively rotate their field of view through a full 360 degrees of rotation, both horizontally and vertically. In addition, MLSTour360 also allows the viewer to navigate between multiple camera positions within the same room or throughout the house in a way that gives the illusion of walking through the home as if they're actually living there.

How Does It Work?

Step One

A real estate photographer certified in our MLSTour360 technology will travel to the property to capture the raw image data needed for MLSTour360. For most homes, this should take 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the size of the home. The photographer may also take regular pictures of the home that are unrelated to MLSTour360, but that would be an arrangement between the photographer and the real estate agent.

Step Two

The photographer ships the raw image data to us. We will then process the image data. As a final processing step before the MLSTour360 for the property goes live, the photographer must also set up navigational links between camera positions, which can be done remotely over the Internet. All of this should take 24-48 business hours.

Step Three

The real estate agent will be given a special Web URL where anyone can view the MLSTour360 of the home. This URL can be published to any online real estate marketplace such as your local multiple listing service (MLS), Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, and much more. Most of these online marketplaces allow you to create a link from your marketplace listing to the MLSTour360 URL, so that potential buyers can conveniently click onto the MLSTour360 URL and experience the home as if they're actually living there.
